About Rice ~ O'Neal

Our firm was founded by attorneys Robert O’Neal and Glen Rice. Robert and Glen worked together at the Snohomish County Public Defender Association for over four years.

As public defenders they collaborated on multiple cases and clients and co-chaired a Class A felony sex offense trial together. Robert and Glen had a vision for a firm that would provide the highest quality holistic representation for people facing criminal charges, and, from that vision, Rice O’Neal PLLC was born in May of 2025.
