Glen Rice ~ Glen is a native of the Pacific Northwest. Growing up in North Seattle, he had an interest in the legal system from a young age, publishing a zine about the intersection of music and the criminal justice system.

Following high school, Glen attended Pitzer College in Claremont, California, where he received a B.A. in Sociology. During college, Glen volunteered at Camp Afflerbaugh-Paige, a juvenile detention center, where he worked with incarcerated youth on a variety of scholastic programs.

After college, Glen returned to Seattle, where he worked in the bicycle industry before attending law school at Seattle University School of Law. During law school, Glen worked for the Federal Public Defender of Alaska and the State of Alaska Public Defender Agency.

After graduating law school cum laude, Glen accepted a position with the Public Defender Agency and worked in the cities of Kenai, Anchorage, Homer, and Glenallen, where he handled misdemeanor and felony cases.

Robert O’Neal ~

Rob O’Neal Rob received his JD from University of Washington School of Law; he graduated with Honors in his Major (Philosophy) from Whitman College, in Walla Walla WA in 1997; he has roots on Whidbey Island and graduated from South Whidbey High School in 1993.

Rob spent over 22 years at the Snohomish County Public Defender Association (from 2002 through 2024), where he represented adult and juvenile clients on all kinds of criminal charges under the laws of Washington State.

He has practiced in Snohomish County and Skagit County extensively and has also appeared on behalf of the accused in King County, Island County, and San Juan County.
